Payment Requirements
- A $50 deposit is required at time of booking.
- Full balance can be paid in advance.
- Cash, Venmo, Debit/Credit Card accepted at appointment.
- Military/First Responders save $50 with "MFR10" discount code, proof is req'd
- Existing customers scheduling an adjustment use "Retune" as your discount code to avoid paying.
- Refund of deposit will be made if cancelation is prior to 48 hours of your appointment.
- One courtesy reschedule is available at any time.
- If we cancel the appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Terms and Conditions
Kentucky Truck Tuning will not tune vehicles that are not 100% compliant with federal emissions laws. There are no exceptions. Please stop here and do not continue if your vehicles emissions are not 100%.
If any part on your vehicle (including but not limited to engine, turbos, intake system, exhaust system, transmission, driveline, differential, electrical system, ECU, ECM, TCM) fails during or after tuning, Kentucky Truck Tuning LLC is in NO way responsible for the repair or replacement or cost thereof of the failed part(s). Kentucky Truck Tuning LLC is not liable for the state of your vehicle before or after tuning/calibrating your vehicle.
Additionally you acknowledge that tuning your truck should not be considered different from any other "aftermarket" modification and that in the event the dealer suspects the vehicle being tuned has caused a failure, the dealer can deny the warranty claim for the item that has failed.
