Kentucky Truck Tuning will not tune vehicles that are not 100% compliant with federal emissions laws. There are no exceptions. Please stop here and do not continue if your vehicles emissions are not 100%.

Continuing indicates you agree to the following:

If any part on your vehicle (including but not limited to engine, turbos, intake system, exhaust system, transmission, driveline, differential, electrical system, ECU, ECM, TCM) fails during or after tuning, Kentucky Truck Tuning LLC is in NO way responsible for the repair or replacement or cost thereof of the failed part(s). Kentucky Truck Tuning LLC is not liable for the state of your vehicle before or after tuning/calibrating your vehicle.

Additionally you acknowledge that tuning your truck should not be considered different from any other “aftermarket” modification and that in the event the dealer suspects the vehicle being tuned has caused a failure, the dealer can deny the warranty claim for the item that has failed.
